My Bimbo

April 15th 2008 03:14
I was horrified to read an article in the Sydney Morning Herald about the latest internet craze that is taking the UK by storm. It’s a website called My Bimbo targeted at girls aged 11-16 years. Girls sign up and they get a virtual doll. The aim according to the website is to “Become the hottest, coolest most famous bimbo ever”.

The introductory page reads:

Welcome to Miss Bimbo. Enter the exciting world of the first ever, virtual fashion game !
Become the most famous, beautiful, sought after bimbo across the globe!

Find your own cool place to live.
Find a fun job to pay for your needs and all the clothes a Bimbo could possibly want.
Shop for the latest fashions and become the trendsetting bimbo in town !
Become a socialite and skyrocket to the top of fame and popularity.
Date that famous hottie you've had your eye on and show the Bimbo world the social starlet you are !
Even resort to meds or plastic surgery.
Stop at nothing to become the reigning bimbo !
Tackle your 104 tasks as quick as possible to become the rising star bimbo !!
Are you ready to become the hottest of hot Bimbos !?!

Who can resist that I ask you? So I signed up and got my very own bimbo. My bimbo is 5ft 6in tall and weighs 127.6lbs; her ideal weight is 127lbs. Half a pound over weight. Well you can never be a famous hot bimbo if you are half a pound overweight and, since I am responsible for feeding her I guess I am going to have to get her to skip a couple of meals to get her weight down, or perhaps get her some liposuction?

The website tells me that in order to be able to feed my bimbo or buy her lipo or clothes I will need bimbo dollars, to get these I could get either a job, or a boyfriend to be a sugar daddy.
If I want my bimbo to have a higher IQ I will need to play some of the intellectual games on the website.

To give you an idea of what it is teaching our girls here are some direct quotes:

On weight
“Your bimbo has to keep her girlish figure. This means she cannot be too fat or too thin. Without food your bimbo loses a little bit of weight every day.”

On Boyfriends
Where to begin here? boys again (sigh) A good boyfriend brings you money to pay for all your girlie needs. Along with love a smart boyfriend also earns you more bimbo attitude, which a girl can never have too much of. But a bad boyfriend can make you stressed and that type needs a good dumping!

On Hunger
“Duuuuuh? Are you serious? You must know how it feels to be hungry? We know you want to keep your bimbo waif thin but every girl needs to eat, every now and again. When she’s hungry feed that rumbling tummy or she could die of starvation!”

It scares me that apparently there are around 200 000 players on the UK. What happened to equal rights and women campaigning for decades to be taken seriously?

Actually, the site is called Miss Bimbo.
And its a wonderful community of women, doing all kinds of creative projects together. There is love and friendship, people learn skills, from artistic and graphic, to social.
Unlike you I actually know of which I speak. I am a trophy winning bimbo who knew the place well enough (after 2 years of membership) to write a game guide for it, and get hired by the company which owns it.
And I can assure you, to win the game of Miss Bimbo requires a girl to ber a decent human being. And I teach that.
The diet pills which were in the game in 2008 were removed,. It was bad judgement on someones part that they'd been there.
But the bad publicity made the site huge (there have been 2 million accounts made). So you see when you people bashed it like this, you made it grow. *shrug*

Maybe you shouldn't bash things in ignorance, and just to parrot what you heard on TV.
